Generating and updating documentation for commercial distribution
If desired we can provide MDM customers with the necessary paperwork required for each product according to the EU cosmetics regulation. MDM not only creates a product information file but also offers to update, manage and archive data. This serves not only to maintain your product data but also to continuously monitor the process and insure compliance with current EU cosmetics regulations.
We will also help you to attain a product notification from Brussels. This is required for sale and distribution and without it our wonderful product ideas would go to waste.
Overview of our service offers
Creating and updating the Product Information File (PIF)
We create and update all paperwork needed for the PIF:
- Safety information for cosmetic products
- Safety assessment according to EU Cosmetics Regulation No. 1223/2009
- Proof of microbiological safety through microbiological challenge test according to European Pharmacopoeia
- Product notification with the EU commission (SAAS/CPNP)
Proof of effectiveness
As an external service we can arrange special tests of effectiveness and sun protection if desired.
Individual documentation on request
In addition we are able to request compatibility tests and special product test, such as dispersion analysis and emulsion stability analysis in a photo-centrifuge and application tests according to individual criteria.
Compliance with labelling requirements
We assist you with the correct wording of the product description according to cosmetic standards and provide information about all legally required packaging information.
Creation of export documents
Nothing should stand in the way of your success. We assist you in compiling all necessary export documentation.
