Before our formulations go into production laboratory prototypes are put through every stability test. We document the development of a product in its entirety, which means that laboratory work, process and test results are made as transparent to our clients, as product descriptions and manufacturing regulations.

All products developed and produced by MDM are subject to specified quality controls. During product development we always consider the toxicological value of the components and define the prominence of the raw materials within the formulation. Each MDM product is subjected to microbiological and physical stability controls.

Of course we also guarantee a complete batch traceability and documentation at all times. Through constant in-process-controls we ensure enduring and consistent quality, be it in production or filling – you can always count on us.
